Tokyo Fast Food and Niko Niko

Looked better than it tasted.

Sushi was about supermarket grade, pretty much exactly as expected.

Typical for low-end Japanese fast food.

Much better looking sushi at Niko Niko.

And beer!

Cheap sit-down sushi, essentially fast food, at Tokyo Fast Food. The udon broth was a bit plain and the tempura batter too heavy, considering what it's named, it was entirely appropriate.

Dinner with Matt, Michelle, Paul, Gretchen, and Baby Zoe at Niko Niko. Usual meal there-- pretty decent for a local corner sushi joint with generous cuts of fish, otherwise nothing too special. Hard to beat the convenience tho. And was good to see Matt's brother and family!
