Kim chi, poached egg, shrimp won tons, pig ear mushroom, bamboo shoots.

Regular (mini) and large (aka standard sized everywhere else) pot stickers.

Large on top, regular on bottom.

Soft shell crab. Pretty okay for $6, but the deep frying hides the fact that it's a $6 crab.

Post-UCLA Alumni Disney Imagineering event ramen. Didn't seem quite as good as usual today, kitchen was slow, maybe our dishes sat out?

The Disney Imagineering event was more about attitudes and histories than processes, a little disappointing, but the presenters were awesome. Marty Skyler lead the presenation along with four of his superbly talented colleagues.
