Supermoon Total Eclipse
Supermoon, harvest moon, total lunar eclipse (Wikipedia), a rare trifecta not happening again until 2033 (and last happened in 1982, per CNN).
Thin bands of clouds obscured viewing, although it was thin enough to still allow the moon to peek through most of the time-- t'was just faintly visible at brightest (and clouds thinnest!) during the 1 hour 22 minutes of totality.
