Chcharron... deep fried pig skin. The deep fried chicken skin was also good. A bit too much for just 3 people tho.

Sisilog. Chopped deep fried pork and onions.

Lechonsilog, basically the same thing, only large chunks and no onions, and with two eggs.

Noodles. The one semi-healthy dish.

Sage in mid-sentence. I think we had about 15 glasses of water, too.

Small place.

If you like deep fried, Ateh's Kitchen is pretty damned good, although I think the lechon was a bit overly fried-- it was more crunch and almost entirely dry instead of moist and flavorful. Pork skin and chicken skin were both delicious. Their other dishes I'm not as sure about-- tried to order the adobo but they were out! In an only moderately out of the way dive in Van Nuys, very convenient if you're already up there.
