NASA Orion EFT-1
Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral, Florida
Off to Kennedy Space Center in Florida for the first flight of NASA's newest manned space capsule, Orion. NASA invited 112 selected individuals to KSC for their Social Media event (aka NASA Social), which happened concurrently with additional NASA Social Media events at all ten NASA field centers.
Obligatory explanation of Exploration Flight Test 1 (aka EFT-1)'s purpose and goals, lots of introductions, tours of various Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station facilities over two days, plus, of course the launch and splashdown of Orion.

Day 1 - off to Orlando. Spent the whole day in the same Boeing 737-800.
Day 2 - NASA Social day 1 NASA Chief Administrator Charlie Bolden, ULA President Tory Bruno, and many others.
Day 3 - NASA Social day 2, Orion EFT-1 launch attempt #1 and scrub, VAB tour, and KSC Visitor Complex.
Day 4 - NASA Social day 3, aka successful launch of Orion EFT-1! Subsequent mission completion and splashdown as well.
Day 5 - return complete with stop in Houston for BBQ!
