The Boba Truck is an old favorite, with quality fresh-brewed cups of pearl tea, but the Steamy Bun Truck is a new one.
Sadly it was disappointing. The pancake beef curry was kind of like a curry pie, but with a rather generic, somewhat chewy (if still quite decent) "pancake" instead of a bun. Not bad in the end. The pork belly bun was a tragedy, though. Instead of delicious, fatty, flavorful pork belly, it was full of dimutive little slices of flavorless pork belly that clearly had been cooked too long and slathered in sauce to redeem some vague sense of purpose out of them. So sad...
