Huntington Beach
Hangin' out in Huntington Beach with Alan and his friends. Beautiful day for the beach, even if everyone else had the same idea for Labor Day weekend. Since Hackett only makes it down every few months, it was definitely good to hang out! (and whatever was in that punch his friend made, it was strong, as Alan found out...)
Wandered around on some errands afterwards, then ended up witnessing a lovely sunset on CA-22 West on the way to Pho 79 for the first authentic pho I'd had in a few months. Some of the better pho available in all of SoCal, over a gorgeous sunset, and topped off with nem nuong (grilled pork patty) spring rolls? After a day at the beach? Yes please.
