Tribute to Sally Ride at Griffith Observatory, hosted by Griffith Observatory curator, Dr. Laura Danly, organized by Loretta Hildago-Whitesides, and attended by Rev. Dr. Bear Ride and Alan Ladwig. Quite a detailed and impressive little tribute to the life of Dr. Sally Ride on the 30th anniversary of her first flight into space.
Late dinner afterwards at Tsujita LA ANNEX, where we found they serve the same broth for their ramen as their tsukumen-- no wonder why the ramen there is so crazy. Definitely get the tsukumen as the noodles don't soak in the ridiculously rich broth while you eat...
