Forget the whole "bluebird morning" concept-- Saturday was a full bluebird day!
Started off on Lincoln Mountain via Chair 25, did far too much traversing, then as the day went on, instead of the west-to-east wind that normally makes the afternoon cold, snowy, and whited-out, we had a rare south-to-north wind that kept things sunny. Snow blew up the front of Cornice instead of over the back, creating a crazy feeling first hundred feet off the top.
And it was awesome.
Plenty of relaxing afterwards, and some delicious pork rump roast by Mike and Lan Lan for dinner!
