Jogasaki Truck
The sushi burrito truck!!
It took a few years (!) to finally make it to one of their stops, but it was worth it. The normal Jogasaki burrito is wrapped in soy paper or a tortilla, some rice and sushi fish of some sort, and a piece of shrimp tempura in the middle for a bit of crunch. Delicious!
Not cheap, but not too bad considering how expensive fish is. Big eaters may find the cost of two "full-sized" burritos shocking, but sushi has never been cheap! 'bout the only real word of warning is that if you eat more than one burrito, making sure the second one is distinctly different than the first (i.e. no tempura in it. at. all.) enhances the experience.
Burrito #2A is the usual, and it's nom nom nom. No soy sauce needed. I forget the second one I ordered (was it the spicy salmon delight?) but it was a little too close to the first one for me.
