Ramen Yamadaya
The shiny new location of Ramen Yamadaya in Culver City for dinner!
It's got a classy, wooden-rustic feel like a cliche Japanese ramen shop, but holy crap the tonkotsu broth is good. Gets super packed just 15 minutes after opening, but it's worth it. The curry is good but not worth it, mostly 'cause the Hakata-style ramen they serve is excellent.
I think I still prefer Shin Sen Gumi Hakata Ramen, but the stronger flavors at Ramen Yamadaya are still very, very good. Just arrive right when they open or the line is going suck...
