Dim sum at New Capital to start the day, then Amy's 2nd annual Halloween potluck!

Carley organized dim sum so that Sonho could experience it; she got Matt and Michelle, Kevin and Grace, Mara, and a few others to tag along. Ordered the usual spread, chicken feet, tripe, har gow, shu mai, har cheung, char siu bau, dan tat, etc. etc. Hit Half n Half afterwards for an extra dose of sugar-- and holy crap, the lines there are crazy again!

As though that wasn't enough food for an entire day, Amy's 2nd annual Halloween potluck was a few hours later.

The pumpkin-food-theme continued this year. Pumpkin pasta, pumpkin quiche, pumpkin tiramisu (nomnomnom!), ribs and pumpkin, pumpkin lasanga (two of 'em!), pumpkin beer, pumpkin cheesecake, and I'm sure I missed a few...

Lots of fun, although the night ended with a game of Kings Cup, which, ummmm, uhhhh, perhaps wasn't the smartest thing to do when most of us had work (or class) the next morning!
