Food trucks for lunch and dinner
Flying Pig for lunch with Sophia. Carne asada, spicy pork bun, and duck bun.... yum.
Then an unexpectedly large congregation of food trucks at the Best Buy in Hawthorne: Nom Nom, Barbie's Q, Yummy-One, Ragin Cajun, Chunk n Chip, The Boba Truck, Tornado Potato, and Dog Town Dogs. Only had stomach space for a few, so I did Ragin Cajuin (gumbolaya was so-so), Chunk n Chip (cookies were just ok, red velvet is super rich-- probably good as an ice cream sandwich tho), The Boba Truck (STRONG tea...), and of course Nom Nom.
Plus some late-night stupidity with Ralph's spring rolls as a discovery. Curiousity almost killed me...
