The delicious combination of dim sum and pearl tea... mmmmmmmmm. Empress Harbor for dim sum with Carley, Dan, Pearl, and Simon; average dim sum but priced okay. Downstairs and a few hundred feet over to Half and Half for pearl tea afterwards. I blame Michael for introducing us to this place-- it's amazingly good and the portions are huge.

I still love Volcano Tea more.
