Sky Gourmet Tacos and Frysmith
Several aborted attempts to Sky Gourmet Tacos finally resulted in success: Sky Gourmet Tacos is nom nom nom!! Beef was actually the most disappointing. The potato was unexpectedly well seasoned, cooked just right, and delicious. Shrimp actually had a decent amount of shrimp in it-- tasty shrimp at that! And the chicken... very well seasoned and moist and tender. Delish! (although a note, only eat these hot. Especially cold, the chicken is awful)
Next truck stop was the Frysmith truck a day or two later. Mike's rajas fries were the usual: excellent bits of beef and slightly crunchy/grease double-fried french fries. I had the Dogwich, which is a hotdog, sliced down the middle, and spread on a hoage plus french fries and other good stuff. It very delicious-- who'd think that taking away a few french fries and adding a hog dog and bun would make Frysmith's dogwich so good?
