Frances and Jenn's Birthday
Birthday potluck... I was expecting a whole bunch of different dishes; then we ended up with two sets of chicken wings. I brought one of 'em. Oops!
Food was very varied. We didn't end up with 15 kinds of beer and nothing else as at some potlucks. Frances made chicken katsu, Jenn made curry, we had the already-mentioned two sets of chicken wings, udon, a lasanga, a platter of bread/gouda cheese/proscutto (?), chips and gucamole, green tea ice cream, several kinds of beer, etc.
About the only real difficulty was that there wasn't any area large enough for everyone to gather, so we split between the dining room and the kitchen. No one seemed to worry about it too much, as we had easier access to the food. =D
