Random stuff
Nick's birthday on the weekend, then dim sum with Maria before she leaves... turns out it was 100F that weekend in Pasadena-- we baked our brains out on the backyard patio, even at 7pm. Doh! Food was good... it was just hot! Inside the house was nice and cool, but who'd want to stay inside when the barbeque is outside?
Dim sum with Maria was a very long weekday lunch at Sam Woo Seafood. Tasty as always. =)
