Moving and things
The first three pictures: meeting for drinks with SERCA members at Dave and Buster's in Arcadia. It's the now-rare "blue drinks on Friday" meet, which have grown smaller and smaller lately...
The next day, Sophia, Justin, Carley, and Alicia came over and helped me move. Woohoo, fun.
In-n-Out for lunch, a long day of packing (filled four cars/SUVs/trucks with stuff) where I got to dig out all kinds of crap that I didn't know I had and am now wondering why I kept, and then I promised to feed everyone dinner in exchange for their help, so the sushi fiends got their fix at Kabuki down by LAX. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmm yummy. Well, said almost everyone. Beef teryaki for those who are not fans of raw fish!
That was a long day. Next day, cleaning my old apartment and lots of running around, then dinner with Annie, who was also moving that weekend.
Moving one apartment sucks, helping to move two apartments the same weekend is above and beyond what's expected. Sophia is very dedicated. *grins*
