Viet... Cheston... Billy... Anne... all these people who I see so rarely!
After the rained-out Stillen Nissan Day in the morning, it was off to Westwood to run errands and have some fun. The usual suspects- such as Barry- weren't around, but Billy and Cheston were visiting Viet (to go to Stillen Nissan Day) and stuff, so heck, let's have some fun!
Out to Korean BBQ for dinner with Farhana, Raymond, and Crystal (Teresa and Maggie's cousin). Mmmmmmmmmm!! Good stuff! Smelled like korean BBQ all night and into the next day though. Oops!
Then we tried to go karaoke, but our group was so big we'd have to wait for one of the large rooms to be available, plus Cheston and Farhana were craving hard alcohol that we couldn't get (much of) at Muse. So. Off to Ralph's for Hennessey and Stolichnaya, and powdered donuts (?!!). Then back to Viet's apartment. Anne, Todd, and a few more joined the fun.
Cheston loves his Hennessey, I got in on just about every round of drinking (I'm used to drinking with Nick and Pete, not other asians. =P ), people started dancing, blah blah blah... t'was fun, and very interesting to drink with Cheston and all them, since I'd never drank with them since Thomas' parties back in second year!
Got up way too early the next morning-- Crystal only had two shots and Billy didn't have nearly as many as he could take so Crystal was up at 8am, Billy at 9am-- and eventually we dragged ourselves to dim sum in Monterey Park. Well, more like Crystal left to pick her friend Gordon up for dim sum, while Cheston left to see his sister, so Viet, Billy, and I piled into the G35 coupe and drove off to Sam Woo Seafood for dimsum. Very tasty dim sum given the $1.60/dish price!!! MMmmmmmmmmmmmm again, for the second day in a row! (note to others: if you're taller than 5'5" or so, don't ride in the backseat of a G35 coupe for very long or else you will tire of smashing your head against the back window!)
Down to Fullerton afterwards to hang out with Kevin, who's doing pretty good now that he's employed! =) Picked up some pet fish, had dinner at a Korean/Chinese restaurant, then back to Westwood for the drive home that night. Fun weekend!
