Nardo
Italian for dinner at Nardo in Culver City. Caprese was pretty good, as was the broccolini, rest of the meal was more ordinary. Probably should have been tipped off on how the meal would go with the bread, which had very little presentation, arrived (at an extra charge of $4), on a little plate.
Jalapeno and sausage pizza could have been alright-- quite cheesy, some rather spicy jalapenos, and a super thin crust-- but the crust quickly became soggy, although to its credit it didn't actually fall apart. The lasagna was decidedly lacking on flavor, and the creme brulee was overly charred.
