Yemeni food is supposed to be a communal experience, so going alone is not idea-- but the madhbi, aka grilled lamb shank, wasn't bad. Didn't blow me away, but topping with sliced almonds and fried onions makes it hard to go wrong, and that was a ton of rice.
Dinner the next day at Pizza Linda. Always solid for a neighborhood food stand, and how he charges so little for prosciutto still amazes me. Thin crust too, which is much appreciated.
