Broxton Brewery and Public House... pretty decent food, no handcrafted beers yet (looks like they need some time to get that going?), and cocktails that are step above ordinary, but not quite sure they're enough to sell me on it.
They make a better use of the space than the previous sushi restaurant did, complete with an ample outdoor patio, but only time will tell. Previous businesses have not had amazing success with this space, probably because of the unconventional layout. For now, aside from hoping for some craft beer, the main let down was that the spicy (err, angry) chicken sandwich wasn't actually spicy-- heat level was close to a flat zero.
