Fogo de Chao
It'd been a while since the last Fogo de Chao visit, and probably just as long since the previous dineLA Restaurant week.
The food definitely seemed better than the previous visit, with the pichana and the bottom sirloin being unusually good. Lamb, pork ribs, and whatnot were all good too, but as usual (and as hoped!), the pichana was the star of the show! Cheese bread is always good too, and with only a modest grazing from the salad bar, we managed to survive without waddling (too much) out of there!
