#37 from Jonathan Gold's 101 Best Restaurants in Los Angeles 2016 list. The traditional, full spread of ban chan that is uncommon today, with some excellent potato, kim chi, and lotus. The minature potato and quite a few other dishes are ones I don't see too often these days, and were much appreciated for their deliciousness.
Seafood and tofu pancake was very good, although I'm used to the version at Park's which is absolutely loaded with seafood. *grins* Galbi jim is delicious with high quality meat, ditto for the monkfish soup-- although it wasn't a cool enough day to really enjoy it? We skipped the crab 'cause apparently Sue and Ophelia get better crab at home (!).
