The annual return of the McRib is upon us!
And thanks to Pearl, the knowledge that the real evolution in McDonalds food once a year is not merely the McRib, but the McRib combined with a batch of Chicken McNuggets fresh from the deep fryer (and these were very fresh!) to make the McRugget.
It's oddly delicious. Pork product on McDonald's trademark somewhat cottony bun, some nearly flavorless onions, and the hot, crunchy, crispy chicken product... combined with their amazing french fries-- seriously, why are McDonald's fries so good?-- and it's an artery-clogging, diabetes-inducing example of American fast food at its best.
