Cold cucumber and pig ear were both just okay; pig ear could've been a tad more crunchy. The green onion pancake was excellent though, one of the best in recent memory. Beef roll wasn't up to 101 Noodle Express, but it was reasonably close. Dan dan noodle was very solid. And the dumplings-- all were very good, especially pan-fried, except for the shrimp, which didn't seem to have enough seasoning to bring out the flavor of the shrimp.
