First (and last!) meal at one of Pearl's favorite Japanese-Italian places, Il Chicanti, right before they closed!
A Japanese-influnced seafood take on Italian, it was quite interesting. Some was very good, some were just okay. As someone who loves seafood, especially raw, I have to say this place would definitely depend on my mood, as it straddles the line of Italian and Japanese seafood in a very unusual way.
Sadly they closed the next day, which means no second chances to try the rest of the menu. :-(
