Second visit to local pho restaurants-- only Saigon Dish is much closer to the freeway, and you don't feel like you're in a run-down area for your pho when you get there.
It's also packed, which is good. People clearly enjoy this place for both lunch and dinner! The food, though, wasn't as impressive. The nem nuong spring rolls were too much lettuce, not enough flavor from the nem nuong. The pho was pretty good, but it lacked any standout qualities like Pho Ever did. Was it still good? Yes, the pho was definitely tasty.
I think there's still two or three places left to try in the area... or do I go back to Pho Ever for their nem nuong? Or back here for their regular spring rolls? (not sure on that one...) So many choices, so little stomach space!
