Korean hot pot (shabu shabu) with Amy and Nik and some of their friends at Seoul Garden.
Forgive my relative ignorance, but somehow I had not been introduced to the Korean version of hot pot until this meal! (still not sure how this managed to happen!! hmmm...) It's heavier on vegetables than the Chinese or Japanese versions, adds in udon after you get through your meat and veggies, then finishes off by dumping rice in and making porridge. Pretty tasty!
Always good to try new things and to hang out with friends!
