Supposedly Moodaepo II was quite an experience for Korean BBQ. At night the lights come down and they turn into a club?
That's a bit of an exaggeration-- the lights do comw down, but they're still a restaurant. Albeit a huge one-- supposedly they seat 300 or something crazy. Combined with a high ceiling, low light, and massive amounts of tasty kbbq, it's definitely a fun experience. Pretty good too. Spicy pork belly is delicious, galbi is pretty good, the only meat that was disappointing was the beef tongue. The ban chan was just okay, but they had macaroni salad instead of potato salad that was evidently quite good judging from the rate that Kristina consumed it...
Some noise had been made about going to karaoke while planning this little meal. It was lamented that it was the middle of the week so we couldn't go. *cough* Apparently in a meat-induced moment of irrationality, we decided afterwards to go anyway.
Max Karaoke was soon graced by the smell of Korean BBQ, and even worse, their A/C was broken. We sang anyway. =D
