Busy weekend
Heck, busy last 10 days or so.
Ginny speaks very emotionally, yet concisely about Hurricane Katrina. Others have said much. I will refrain from commenting too much-- such a disaster is clearly beyond the ability of state and local governments to deal with, but it seems like there's too much fingerpointing, not enough people taking responsibility, and not enough people executing what existing disaster plans were in place.
