Birthday pictures, take 2
Carley's birthday is now up. Of the tally of June birthdays, that makes three... less than a small fraction of that June birthdays I could go to, and less than half of the ones I thought I would be going to. Oh well. =P
Google Earth is way too much fun.
In other news, I've been on a kick for newer music for a long time, interwoven with the usual Erasure, Postal Service, New Order, Garbage, U2, Pet Shop Boys, and other more "classic" stuff in my listening habits. Newer stuff has been the Killers, the Bravery, Franz Ferdinand, Snow Patrol, the Kill Bill volume 1 soundtrack, and a bunch of completely random crap.
A noticeable absence has been Depeche Mode. I just haven't craved them much for a few months... even the mention of their upcoming new release didn't spark anything in me.
Til, oh, right about now. If you hear me singing along to I Feel You or maybe Enjoy the Silence, or perhaps Walking in My Shoes... don't be surprised. =D
